Israeli Sign Language Dictionary
This dictionary produced by The Institute for the Advancement of Deaf Persons in Israel, uses advanced technology to present an extensive collection of signs used on a daily basis by the deaf and hard-of-hearing community living in Israel. The dictionary is user-friendly and signs can be found by searching a word using an autocomplete system in one of four languages: Hebrew, Russian, English and Arabic. Type the word, and a video clip showing the sign will appear.
This dictionary was produced with great thanks to the contributions of Mr. Alex Garfeld and Professor Miriam Shlesinger (of blessed memory) who actively supported linguistic accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing population of Israel.
